Ⅱ QBZ（Z）矿用隔爆型真空手提式（可逆）电磁起动器用于控制交流50Hz、电压380伏或660伏的局部扇风机、煤电钻综合保护装置、照明信号综合保护装置、锚喷机具、回柱绞车等小型防爆电气设备。
Ⅱ 开关可用以就地或远距离起动和停止，具有失压、过载、短路、断相和漏地及风电延时闭锁保护功能，同时还有显示功能。
